Window 7/vista question

Hey i have 2 computers one with xp home and the other with Vista home (both 32). I brought the Windows 7 upgrade. My question is when i get the upgrade disk and install it on my vista machine (Main rig), can i then install vista on the rig that has xp without any license conflict?

  1. OEM licenses are valid only for the accompanying hardware. IOW, you are not authorized to move a pre-installed OS to another machine.
  2. Upgrade licenses are dependent upon an underlying full license so no, you can't use the qualifying full license on another machine.
