Wind at Best Buy?

Its probably some special best buy version so you cant cash in the rebates they had earlier for it. That model doesnt have bluetooth.


Last week I picked up the other one they have that is the model newegg also sells. that had bluetooth. I think it was 399 + free shipping , and $50 rebate last week... don tknow what it is now.

Im assumign that one at best buy is just this

I have heard pretty good things about the Wind. Plus, you can apparently can put OS X on it pretty easily, if that sort of things lights your fire.

If you're getting a Wind to put OSX on it, don't get the Dell 1490 - have to remove a soldered standoff for it to fit without funky shorting problems.
 
Wow, that's a great price for the Wind. Wonder how accurate the specs are and which battery it has?

Good deal. I think that's almost identical to my Wind only $100 cheaper 🙁
Bought mine off newegg so I could take advantage of the 6-month financing deal.
 
I just ordered the 10", 6 cell, 160 gb, bluetooth, wireless n msi wind off of ebay through ZZF for 449 - 25% = 333 shipped.

Crap! Figures that just after I get mine, prices go down $50. Mine were $500 +$20 shipping.

Ahh well, already got some decent use out of them. This past weekend I "rediscovered" Heroes of Might and Magic 2 on my MSI Wind. The netbook played the game great! Too bad I didn't. :disgust:
