Winamp Skippin

Is DMA enabled on the CD-ROM drive? Check in your System Properties under My Computer and look for the DMA checkbox for the CD-ROM drive.
Something to change in Winamp:
Under the Output Plug-ins, you probably have the Nullsoft WaveOut plug-in set as the one to use. Configure it, and set the priority to Time Critical, and increase the buffer length; 7 seconds is what I use.
