Any worthwhile plugins?

How can I refresh my playlist? Will it refresh when I add a file to the directory? Can I have it refresh on the fly?

Why do some files seem to skip? I have the buffer at 6-7 seconds.

There are many many worthwhile plugins.. some I recommend are.

Nullsoft Gapless Plugin. Remove those annoying skips. This one is way better than the Dudsoft one. - It's really a dud.
Geiss - Best Visual Plugin period.
RockSteady DSP- Keep the volume the same, no matter how the mp3 was encoded.
Also, I just downloaded this one plugin - DFX6 - supposed to make your mp3's sound better. Don't know much about how - & I haven't tested it yet, but I've heard good things.
SquareSoft Advanced Cross-fading Output. Good for listening to Rock/Light tunes - does a decent job mixing them.. usually just garbles electronica if you try to mix that.
