winamp plugin to remove vocals from mp3

i saw it on techtv like a year ago...it flips the R and L tracks and only works on certain recordings, but its a plugin for winamp that takes away the vocals from a track thats playing. i just googled for like 20 minutes, found nothing. anyone know?
 
I tried one a while back and it removed all the bass along with the vocals. Ruined the song for that.
