Winamp 2 DS_SSRC plugin

I am trying to find the Winamp output plugin - DirectSound w/ SSRC.

Google searches haven't yielded much luck. I can see loads of old forum posts with people's dead links to the file.
Does anyone have it handy, or know where its currently being hosted?
the filename would probably be: out_ds_ssrc.dll.
