* new splash screen
* minibrowser security fix
* updated winamp agent to support both winamp 2.x and 3.x
* included PP's hacks for slightly better unicode filename support
* in_wave support for floating point .WAV files fixed
* better win9x compatibility for DirectSound
* waveOut made skip less
* some in_mod per-file fixes
* OGG Vorbis support for Standard and Full installs.

Because things don't magically "appear" on websites, some person has to actually manually update the pages and add the installers to a certain directory on the server and as of now it doesn't seem to have happened yet.

It'll usually takes a few days for them to put the newest version on the site after it is finished. Before the "official" release you can find them in download.nullsoft.com.

The five versions of 2.80 that are available (from download.nullsoft.com):

They all worked for me in Netscape 6.2.1 and IE 6.0 when I posted and seem to do so now.
