Win98se Login prompting/inserting Domain name?

Under Win98se, the Logon prompt is inserting/prompting an old and no longer being used Domain name. How do I eliminate/stop the prompting for a vaild Domain name? Noteworthy is that I removed the Novell protocol which was previously being used. The machine is now on a LAN, via Microsoft Networking (No domains). Thanks in advance!

Goto network neighborhood properties, double click MS networking logon and uncheck "Log on to Domain" hit ok reboot. Nodomain logon.
