Win98SE - Can I password protect so no one can install programs/viruses?

Win98SE - Is there a way to prevent people from installing other programs and running EXE/VBS/macro files?
 
Unfortunately, I think you would need some 3rd party software to get hte security you want. 9x is pretty brutal with local security, might be worth it to goto 2K or XP if the machine can handle it.
 
Removing script hosting from the windows components tab of the add/remove programs section of the control panel will help with vbs scripts.
