There are lots of good reasons for staying with Win 98 SE. I still use it because I have a critical legacy app that requires real DOS, not an emulator. Personally, I also like it better because I can fix more stuff "under the hood" in places XP tries to hide, and it does everything I need. I've had a legal copy of XP Pro for over a year, and I'm in no hurry to install it.Originally posted by: skeedo

it was shut down successfully the last 5 times and autoarrange is not checked. yet the icons keep moving around.

i can't ghost w/WinXP. i need to create a different image for every different mobo that I have. (my family uses a mix of athlon + intel desktops, not to mention different brands of laptops.)
