Win98 shutdown all the time!

I had my Toshiba 4300 series notebook. I replaced DVD and formated and reinstall windows98, my notebook shutdown. when i tried to install any OS: win98,winMe,win2k, it didn't even finish, just reboot while installing haft way. I have upgraded BIOS, the situation is not better! I think it's a problem with my hardware. What should i do! Thank you very much!
