How do you change the name that it is "registered" to that you see in system properties w/o reinstalling windows?

Being more specific, enter the registry and go here

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion

The person its registered to is in the Registered Owner key. Change it and your good to go.
