Win98 machines wont resolve credentials

In my Win2000 domain. I run DNS as a primary zone.
every thing was working fine until later each win 98 machine wont resolve the credentials of users
it gives them the message " This request is not accepted by the network please try again later"
 
What error are you getting on the SERVER (event log)?

Can you manually map the server from the Win98 PC's?
( START \ RUN then type \\<servername> )
