Win98 learn more about Win98 screen

Anyone know how to remove the Win98 startup screen that asks if you want to learn more about the features of Win98? I know theres usually a check-mark asking whether or not you want tis screen to show up again, but its not there anymore.

Im guessing I could use msconfig and remove it from startup but does anyone else have any suggestions?

It's definitely worth a try.

Check mark is gone? I think your best bet is msconfig or see if its in the startup folder for some reason.

Its not in startup folder... so I'll try msconfig.
