win98 crashing error question

any idea what this means?
i get all sorts of page faults in kernel32.dll with various programs and its getting really annoying
could it be a hardware problem possibly?

2 sticks of mosel vitelic ram

adaptec 2940au
linksys nic

those are all the cards at least
i can't figure out why its doing this though.
i get blue screens often too. the temperatures are ~91 F

also my blue screens of death always have something to do with some sort of vxd error
