Win95 Start question

Having a braincramp here. Working on a computer for a gentleman- a older 6X86 200 (don't laugh!) running Win95. Had to remove Sircam and KAworm viruses. Now on startup, it displays the following error for Setup-
"an error (#18) has occured and Setup is unable to continue" It goes on telling you to reboot, and if your having problems to call AOL.

What's thebest way for me to get rid of this? I remember theres a dos-line command that lets me access all process that startup with startup, but can't remember it right off the top of my head.

 
Check the registery's run keys (hklm\microsoft\currentversion\windows\run) and run in the win.ini (or was it system.ini).
