Win7 - unknow device

Got a great new motherboard, CPU, etc. - whole new build yesterday.
Put it all together and seems to be working great. Except ...

... for an unknown device in the device manager which I cannot figure out what it is.
How can I find out?
I can probably easily get drivers for it but I don't know what the unknown device is!

If I sort the device manager by connection, it shows up right under the Microsoft ACPI Compliant system:
- ACPI Fixed Feature Button
- AMD Athlon(tm) Dual Core Processor 5050e
- AMD Athlon(tm) Dual Core Processor 5050e
- Microsoft Windows Management Interface for ACPI
- PCI Bus
- unknown device


How can I find out?
What could it be?

Well, if everything is working, that you can think of... then you don't have much to worry about it.

I did some digging and found the device ID.
Apparently it's something called AMD Awake or AMD Live?
suppsedly that give one better suspend to RAM for media center ... true? the only mention I found via google was two complaints that it didn't worked/crashed.

Well, if the only stuff you can find is about it being bad and crashy, maybe you should just let it slide on this one. I hate having the unknown items in my Device Manager as well, but for a glitchy bad one, I think I would let it go.
