Will OEM qualify for the upgrade to 10?

It may also be worth nothing that Home is limited to using 16 GB of RAM. This may affect some users on this forum although probably still not the majority. Heck I still have 8, but it really is past time for me to double that.
 
I run 16GB, more than that I'm thinking would require some special application need. Might be good to read the fine print, MS nerfs the home version in some odd ways.

No BitLocker, no Remote Desktop, no Domain Join, only 16GB of physical RAM max. Those are the big limitations.

OTOH, Windows 7 64-bit (all editions) have Media Center, which is gone in Windows 8/8.1/10. If you have a HTPC with a tuner, this can be valuable to you. It's basically mandatory if you have a CableCard.
