I have an admin account and a regular account. When making changes to the system I would like to have it ask for the username and not just the password.
 
From what I see of the policies set here at work, that's nearly always the case, unless you specifically tell it to run as administrator, then it default to administrator user, but you can always change both. Do you have a screenshot?
