[Win7] 3 random "Healthy (Primary Partition)" appeared on my disks out of nowhere?

When I look in Computer Management I see 3 new partitions on my disk that I never created when I installed the OS 5 years ago.

On my C drive I got a 4.88GB "Healthy (Active, Primary Partition)"

On my data disk I got two 9.32GB "Healthy (Primary Partition)"

None of them have any drive letters, nor can I do any actions to them other than "Delete volume" when right clicking them.


Does anyone have any idea where they came from? Is it safe to delete them?

To make sure that in case it is needed make a backup.
