just wondering if win2kpro handles new hardware ok - like all the c 'n q / power saving featurres and adj clocks or is xp a must now with all of this stuff? obviously it would be win2kpro w/ the latest sps, but was just wondering.

It works fine. Just download the CnQ drivers from the AMD site.
