Hey guys, thanx for the question you've solved last time, but here's another one,

1. Everytime i install or try to install win2k3 server on my computer or any computer (office) i've notice that i can't install it on a serial ata hard drive only on ide, if i try to install it on a serial ata hard drive it says (during cd installation) that win2k3 couldn't find any hard drives installed and therefore has to quit, f3 to quit. No other options avali. Can anyone please help me? Any answers would be appreciated, thanks guys.

IMMEDIATELY DURING INSTALLATION, THERE IS A SELECTION TO HIT F6 for scsi/raid drivers. Hit F6 and what during the file loading for the prompt. Hit S to specify. You will need to pre-load the SATA drivers on a FLOPPY disk including the .oem file. Use the floppy to load the drivers, then continue the installation. That should do you just fine.

LET uS know how it goes,

Hmm, installed fine on my sata drive. Are you setup as RAID in your sata settings? If so, then do what the previous poster suggested and use the driver disk for your SATA RAID.
