Win2k + Work = why NTFS?

Here at work they wont load win2k on NTFS! I have tried to convince them to load NTFS, but they won't. Help me come up with an arguement...

<< errr..are you trying to convince them to convert to NTFS or to install win2k? >>

They already installed win2k, but they are running FAT32....

Your probably going to have to live with it. Often the TSP's can't even choose things like that (I work for one of the College's at Clemson. For a Windows email client I personally think i.Scribe rocks, and it's free to boot. Eudora, however is the standard supported app that the university has payed for so regardless of what anyone wants, be it the user or the technician, Eudora is loaded on every machine).

If you need security feature on W2K, such as rights, encryption, disk quota, then you need NTFS, otherwise FAT32 is fine.
