Win2k -> Win98 connection sharing problems

I just switched to Win2K Server and am trying to get Internet connection sharing working.
I use a modem (still) and on the connection properties I have selected to share that connection. Is that all I need to do?

If so what do I need to share my connection with my Win98SE laptop.

I used to have it working fine under win98 on both.

Thanks!

When I went to Windows 2000, I had to set the second PC to obtain an IP address automatically instead of setting it to 192.168.0.2 or whatever. Worked like a charm after that.

Thanks Shudder! it worked
I just had to get rid of the static IP on my laptop.
wish I could keep it though and still do ICS :frown:

Glad it worked, though it is a pain. When I have two systems running 98, the second needs to be static, so it doesn't work in 2k.. and if both are 98 the dynamic setting doesn't want to work.

However, if you run WindowsME it works just like 2000 does.
