That's a pretty good site for some tweaks. Also, you might want to check out Tweak 3D's tweak guide for Win2k.

A good program you can try as well is XSetup. You can get it from ZDNet.com. It's sort of like tweakui on streroids. Excellent config and tweaking prog for all versions of 9X, NT, and 2000.
