A good program you can try as well is XSetup. You can get it from ZDNet.com. It's sort of like tweakui on streroids. Excellent config and tweaking prog for all versions of 9X, NT, and 2000.
They pretty much have the entire issue online for free. Great tips for anything Win2k, awfully helpful for those like me responsible for the Win2k network.
