win2k startup disk

how can i make one in win2k? Or if u cant where can i download one?

i need to flash my bios

try bootdisk.com

You would need 4 floppies. In the W2K cdrom's goes into the bootdisk folder and start the makeboot command if you're W98 or makeboot32 if you're in W2K.
