Win2k SP3 Issues?

Anybody having issues with Win2k SP3? I have SP2 and have absolutely no problems. As far as I'm concerned, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Post here if you have issues/problems or if everything is just fine and dandy.
 
Installed it last night.
The rig has been on all night. Just got done with a virus scan and defrag with Seti running in the back.
No problemo.
