Win2k SP3 Issues?

Anybody having issues with Win2k SP3? I have SP2 and have absolutely no problems. As far as I'm concerned, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Post here if you have issues/problems or if everything is just fine and dandy.
 
After I installed SP3, replaced my Radeon 8500 LE with a Matrox G400, and replaced my Santa Cruz with an SBLive!, Nero would do some wierd voodoo to my computer and it would automatically restart. I don't think it's SP3's fault though, since Nero works fine on my computer at work, and it has an SBLive as well.
 
i think i'll wait a few weeks to install SP3 to see what other people's experiences with is are... i don't trust new SP's 🙂
