Win2k Shut Down Issue

I just did a clean install of Win2k and when I do a shut down it does the normal shut down sequence, but instead of just turning the tower off it resets itself. Any ideas?
 
Have you checked the EVENT for a clue to as what Process or Driver
is hanging the shutdown?

USB devices are notorious for causing this.
