ive been pulling my hair out over this but cant quite seem to figure it out

i would like to have my domain server log basic user activity
log entries for when the log into the domain, log off
what computer theyre logging in from
if they change their password etc


i havent found a way to get that specific information
ive got counter logs runing for these activities but all they do is count the iterations and attempts
i dont get the actual specific data

any ideas and help would be appreciated

Have you looked at the Audit settings in Domain Security Policy and Domain Controller Security Policy? You can audit success/failure for the things you are looking for and it should show up in Event Viewer.
