Win2k Server reboots every hour, error message, any tips? I'm a n00b. :P

I checked the event viewer.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xeec232d1, 0x00000000, 0x00000028). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

Approximately every hour. It started a few days ago, booted once, then continued more and more until now it's about every hour. If anyone has any advice what the problem may be or where I can even begin to look at it, let me know. Thanks.

happened when u run IE 5.5 or 5 (i forgot which)?
can only fix that by upgrading to IE6 or use a different browser.

I've personally seen 0x1E errors usually come from memory problem, whether they be physical issues with the ram or from memory leaks in software. what kinda server is this? is it true server hardware or something just acting as a server? list of hardware could be helpful...

also, what changes have occured in the past week or so? Have you run a virus scan? Are all the fans spinning and it not getting too hot?
