Win2K Server: Basic -> Dynamic Disk. Wont Boot! HELP!

I upgraded a scsi drive on an IBM eServer running Win2K Server from a basic disk to a dynamic disk. But after rebooting its says it cannot find a windows file, and doesn't boot. I think it has something to do with the partitions or mbr, cuase when i run MAP from the recovery console, all the partitions have a '?' as their drive letter.

Any Suggestions on how to get it to boot?!?!
