Win2K Security Hole?

I've noticed after I went from Windows XP to Windows 2K Pro that it doesn't seem my computer is as secure. Now at random, I'll have command prompt pop up out of nowhere and the first that is listed in the window is net share with some switch on it. It cycles to what appears to be a script and then closes command prompt. Any clues on what this is and how to block it? I have file and printer sharing turned off on this computer.

Its not win2k, my friend, you most likely have a trojan horse. I've seen this one before and dont quite remember the name of it, get a trojan removal program and AV software.

Weird... this computer hasn't seen the internet in a couple years since I last used it. I guess I should be a little more precautious. Does Symantec offer anything?
