I know this doesn't go here, but I but I need help quickly, so that I'm not working on this until 2am

I'm running Win2k on an NTFS partition. I want to do a complete reinstall, not just over the top of the old crap. How in the h3ll do I format the nfts partition????

Use a DOS boot disk from a windows machine, do Fdisk, and delete all the non dos partitions. Then let win2K recreate it for you.

It will format mine, but then again I always use an old Dos 6.22 boot disk and fdisk away all the existing partitions first. Dos sees the WIN2K partionts as HPFS, btw...

Boot up 98 [if you have 98 installed] then begin Windows 2000 setup all over agian. It will ask what partition to install on and if you want to reformat that partition. No need to reformat the other partitions.
