Win2k programs not responding

I love Win2k!However, I seem to get alot of programs that stop responding when ever I multitask,Ie.Internet Explorer. Do I need more ram?
I have an extremely fast computer with 320 megs of ram. what can I do?
 
You have two possible problems:

1. T-Bird @ 1507Mhz. Consider clocking it down a bit
2. IBM 75GXP. It might be faulty one. Wouldn't be the first time 😉.
