win2k profiles question

i have 3 accounts: Administrator, James, Darlene

*I want each user to have their own folders under start>programs
-but when i change or add a folder under one account, it changes it in the others and i dont want that
*i want each user to have their own screen size
-but there all the same

how do i do this? so each user has their own unique profile? Oh yea, im not on a domain, its in a standalone of Win2k Pro

In Document and Settings there's an All Users folder. The Start Menu in it has shortcuts that will appear on everyone's Start Menu, and when programs are installed most of them will put their Start Menu shortcuts into the All Users Start Menu. To change, simply remove shortcuts from the All Users Start Menu, and place them in the Start Menu of the users you wish to have them.
