Win2k problems, dreaded blue screen. HELP!

I just installed Detinator3s for Win2k (latest from ReactorCritial.com) and I updated my SoundBlaster live with its Win2k drivers. When I rebooted I got a blue screen during bootup. It read this error message:

STOP: 0X0000000 1E (0XC0000005, 0X8041F288, 0X00000000, 0X00000030)
KMODE_Exception_Not_Handled
*** Address 8041F228 base at 80400000, DateStamp 384d9b17 - ntoskrnl.exe

Can anyone help me with this, I would really like to have 2k working again.

Have you tried going into VGA mode? Or last known good configuration?
If so then do the repair option.

If you get into it using safe mode, then reload sp1. Then reboot.

Tried last good know config but not VGA mode. I never got a chance to download SP1 and since I can only get with safemode I can't connect to the internet.

VGA Mode doesn't work either. I uninstalled the win2k video drivers but still no luck. When I go to add and remove programs (while in Safe Mode) there are two things in there called Windows 2000 Hotfix. Could these be the problem?

Looks like your going to have to repair your Win2K, put win2k cd back in. Boot off of it and choose the repair option. Did you ever make a ERD?

hmmm...sometimes if i restart enough i'll get back in w/o a blue screen. However if all these options don't work you'll have to kill it. At least that's what i'd do. Make sure you install the mobo drivers first. then video then everything else.

Get the latest drivers from nvidia's website. Those drivers you are downloading from reactorcritical are beta drivers.
