win2k printers and user profile problems...

Heres the deal, where I work, we have two domains. An old NT 4.0 box running the ERS domain, and a win2k server running the ERS1 domain. My boss is having me add all of our win2k pro computers onto the ERS1 domain, but having me log them onto the ERS domain (he is still working on the ERS1 server). This is no big deal, but I just recently noticed something. It's no suprise to me, but when you log onto the local machine as a different user, you have no printers. Say I add a computer to Administrator.ERS, if I were to log in as Administrator.ERS1 those printers would no longer be there. Other than copying the contents of the Administrator.ERS folder under 'documents and settings' to Administrator.ERS1, is there a way for me to install the printers for the entire computer.

I tried copying the Administrator.ERS folder into the All Users folder, but that didn't work. Any suggestions?
