Win2K password problem

Hello one and all could do with some help concerning the computers at my local community centre where I am destined to stay for at least the next three months.The problem is that someone has entered an administrators password,no not the administrator,anyway we have 12 new Dells all sitting there and all we can do is surf the net,does anyone know how to bypass the admin. logon be it thro' MMC or whatever.We are running Win 2000.Any help would be much appreciated.TIA
