Win2k is showing my second hdd as 65mb used?

I recently went from win98se to 2k

After formatting my secondary hdd under windows 2000 in ntfs format, it shows as "65mb used"
yet when i go into the hdd, there are no files or folders

any help much appreciated!

Sometimes a permissions problem can cause behaviour like this.
Check the permissions at the root of the drive and make sure the System account has full control permissions to it.
 
yes, ntfs takes some but doesn't really show it like that in explorer.

make sure U are showing all hidden file and folders too... just do a "dir /ah /as". There is a recyclye bin folder on every drive, U sure there is nothing in it?
