Win2k install help

So I tried installing win2k, and when I rebooted to continue the setup here's the error I received (with a nice bluescreen background I might add)

***STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF4063848, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
these steps:

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed
hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive
to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run
CHKDSK /F to check for drive corruption, and then restart your
computer.

Refer to your Getting Started Manual for more information on
troubleshooting Stop errors.

anyone have any ideas as to what went wrong? This happened on both of my machines, which both happen to have an IBM desktar harddrive.

check out microsoft's site and type in stop 0x0
you'll get a ton of info. most likely an old hardware component that win2k doesn't recognize. check msft's hardware compatibility list.
