win2k inaccessible boot device... wen installing help

im trying to install win2k w/ boot cd... but after it loads all the drivers and such, it generates an error... boot drive inaccessible? the cdrom is inacces? or my ide hd?
 
win2k would give me the same error. the blue screen that says stop.

all i did was take my harddrive off of the highpoint controller on my kt7-raid and put it on normal ide 1 or 2, install win2k, then put the harddrive back on the highpoint controller.

 
Or, u could load the drivers when it asks u about RAID or scsii drivers. That's what I did with the ATA100 controller and it worked fine. Switching to the normal ide work fine too but it's a hassle...
