Win2K - Getting stop errors left and right

Everytime I log in win2k, I get a stop error and i have to reboot. If I try to go into safe mode, I still get a stop error eventually. I can get in, but I don't have enough time to troubleshoot before I get a stop error. This is driving me insane, please help.

Have you tried booting with the last known good boot option? Have you tried any recovery options? If you've made an ERD, you may need to resort to that.

What started this problem? Did you install any new hardware/software?

I removed my TV card and Sound card. The comp seems to work fine but I still get an error once and while. My Raid card and NIC (along with my sound card and TV card before I took them out) all seem to want the same IRQ. How can I change the IRQs? The change setting button in device manager is faded out.

An ACPI system will often put many peripherals on the same IRQ. This normally presents no problem.

Please post the STOP code and bugcheck parameters. Without that information, anything we post here is just a wild-ass guess.

STOP 0x11111111 (0x22222222, 0x33333333, 0x44444444, 0x55555555)

We need numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 to help you.
