Win2K FTP Server

Did you look through the help files in win2k? Also, at microsoft's website, they have the documentation/help files online.
 
first create a directory where you wan to keep the files. go into internet services manager and create a new FTp site. Make sure you point it to the aforementioned directory. If you have one static Ip on your box then use that as the IP. If you get a static address leave it as "all assigend" Set you security parametrs with some check boxes and you are on your way.
