Win2k disk access problem - Help!

I've got this very annoying problem with my copy of Win2k. When I access a
file within a folder, then try to delete that folder, it gives me a sharing
violation error. I've had this problem for about a year now, and I've put up
with it. Recently, however, I've just upgraded my system, and I'd like to fix
the damn thing. I've already downloaded all the critical updates, and service
patches - but that didn't help. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks...

Is this all files or just a certain file or directory? Sharing usually means a file is in use by a program.

Just the directory folder. I had no probs removing the file. If I log of, and log in again, it fixes itself -- its sooo annoying.

It's probably a required folder for some program or service that running. What's this folder called?
