Win2k DC Group Policy - solved.

Ok, after enabling and setting up GP domain controller selection (selected Primary Domain Controller), the Group Policy tab under the AD Users & Computers>Domain Controller>Properties are still greyed out.

Can anyone shed some light on this? I've searched some KBs and MS sites, and double checked the nic is shared. Is there something in the Local Policy I have to configure?

TIA!

Just so I understand you correctly, are you saying that you modified the Default group policy that is attached to the Domain Controller's OU?

No, by default, I could not even get into the Group Policy tab under the AD Users & Computers>Domain Controllers>Properties.

Ok, more info, more questions...

There are two GUIDs under the Sysvol folders which I am assuming are GPs, and that they are the domain GPs, can these be deleted and will restarting the Win2k DC recreate from scratch, so I can get into the domain GP tab?
