Win2K boot problem

My Win2K system was running fine until after i installed VIA's 4 in 1 driver. Now I get a "cannot access boot sector" message. What did the VIA driver do that cause this to happen? Any help on this would be very much appreciated.

System is o.k. now. Press F8 and select Last Known Good Configuration and computer booted with no problem

that's not good. Um i don't want to insult you or anything but do you have a mobo with a chipset that supports the via 4-in-1 drives? Also make sure you didn't get a bad version of them. I get mine from viahardware.com
