win2k blue screen STOP error please help

basically what the blue screen says:

stop_kmode_exception_not_handled ntoskrnl.exe
beginning dump of physical memory...

what event log says:

1. The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk0\DR0.

2. The device, \Device\Ide\IdePort1, did not respond within the timeout period.

please help!!! this is happening in game mainly halflife

 
The 4.33's are the latest.
I'd recommend trying the Beta 3.12 IDE controller drivers, they arent in any of the 4in1's yet... you can get them here
