Win2k and sharing programs....help?

This maybe an easy deal, I recently did a clean install on my older computer of Win2k Pro. I read somewhere on the forum that you should not stay logged in as the Admin. so I set up three users (wife, guest and me). Problem was that not everyone could use all programs. In some profiles certain apps did not show up. Photoshop being one and Nero being the other. I installed all of the programs as the Admin, so how do I enable all programs for all users? Thanks for any help!!!

Some applications are installed in the programs menu for the user that installed the program only. The easy way to solve this is to go to "$PATH:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Start Menu\Programs\" and copy the folders over to "$PATH:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs". $PATH is the drive where Win2K is installed.

that's one way... another way is to right-click on the start button and select "open" then right-click on start again and select "open all users" navigate down through the folders in the "open" window and move the shortcuts you want accessible by all users to the "open all users" window... i don't think you have to be logged in as admin to do this, but you may need power user privs.. not sure... it's essentially the same thing as paulip88 suggested, just looking at it a different way...
